Announce: The Global Supplementary Grants Program 2004-2005

The purpose of the program is to enable qualifies students to pursue
Doctoral Studies in the humanities and Social Sciences at accredited
universities in Western Europe, Middle/Near East Europe, Asia,
Australia, North America. Global SGP grants will be awarded on the
basis of academic record, merit of the proposed study, applicant's
long term goals and financial needs.
Eligibility criteria:
Only students who have been accepted into a full doctoral program at
an accredited university and have already been awarded partial or
full tuition, room and board stipends or other types of financial aid
may apply.
Candidates must be nationals of one of the following countries:
Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia,
Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Macedonia, Moldova, Mongolia,
Romania, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan,
Serbia and Montenegro.
Members of the Roma community are encouraged to aply.
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the spoken and written
language of their host institution.
