Business Systems Analyst

Department: IT -Danone Romania
Contract duration: Unlimited
Position: Non-Managerial
Location: Bucharest offices

Job scope: Support the business, in the field of PROXIMITY by means of specific information technology methods, models, and tools, ensuring the system and systematic approach, respecting the dead-lines and quality standards.

Job responsibilities:
- Produces outline technical specifications of systems requirements, according to the Company’s standards, within the project team;
- Validate with the project team the technical specification provided by software company;
- Contributes to the system design, development, and implementation within the project team;
- Control the progress of each phase of the contract, manage in-house tests, overall tests, integration tests, assess the project within the project team;
- Apply and in charge of checking the good execution of Corporate and Company methodology and Policy in each Project;
- Sustains training sessions to the users in the particular business area, or organize training session for the users conducted by software supplier.
- Keeps track on implementation;
- Self-initiates recommendations for improvement; does not wait to be told what to do;
- Ensure second line support for the running Proximity project;
- Perform other professional tasks under superior’s request.

Requirements:

Education: University degree
Experience: 3 years-previous experience in similar positions
Competencies:
- Strong understanding and knowledge on business environment for FMCG sales, distribution, inventory control
- Strong technical competencies:
- Ability to translate business requirements into conceptual and specification perspective models;
- Application software development for sales, distribution and inventory control of FMCG.
- Specific methods for business analysis, software design, software deployment, documentation.
- Relational Data Bases.
- Strong communication skills; Initiative skills;
- Planning & organizing/priority setting and project management skills;
- Ability to perform well under stressful deadlines & situations;
- Self-driven, able to operate effectively in both autonomy and under supervision.
- “Customer oriented” skills

PC skills: Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project),
Languages: English language, good level, both written and spoken
