P&G started operating in the Balkans in 1992 with only 3 employees, by opening a first office in Romania. Today P&G is present in the region in 7 countries: Romania, Bulgaria, Republic of Moldova, Serbia&Montenegro, Bosnia&Herzegovina, Albania, Republic of Macedonia (FYROM).
Consumer & Market Knowledge Associate Manager
You’ll join us as a CMK Associate Manager and will immediately enjoy a high level of responsibility. You will work closely with business units around the world, whilst receiving all the support and training you need to excel.
The Consumer & Market Knowledge (CMK) department ensures that the consumer is put to the center of all P&G business decisions and catalyzes continual improvement in the health of our brands and overall business. Our key role is to lead the business team to better and faster business decisions, as well as to shape long term winning strategies, through an in-depth consumer and market understanding.
The specific tasks will include:
• Leading the identification of innovation opportunities and making robust predictions of business outcomes
• Understanding the business problem/opportunity, converting it into a research objective and research design
• Working with the research suppliers on research project design
• Analyzing and interpreting research data; deploying knowledge to the organization
• Ensuring consumer and market knowledge shapes business strategies and gets acted upon for healthier business results
Requirements:
• University degree
• Outstanding leadership, collaboration and analytical skills
• Interest in understanding Consumer Behavior
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• PC skills required: good command of MS Office tools
